Instructions

1. Click the toolbar button to start the JADE painter.
2. Select the File | New Form... menu command and complete the New Form dialog as shown.

How the Form Will Work

The form is associated with a borrower and displays the checked out books.

The Start/Stop button signals the borrower to randomly check in and check out books.
