Instructions

1. Click the toolbar button to start the JADE painter.
2. Select the File | New Form... menu command, enter ReservationForm as the name and click the OK button.
3. Add a list box and a status line to the ReservationForm.
4. Double click each control and the form background to set properties in the Properties dialog.
5. Click the toolbar button to save the ReservationForm.
6. Select the File | Exit Painter menu command.
