Instructions

1. Click and drag a Literal field to the Report Header to be used as a title.
2. Click once on the field to select it then once more to edit.
   Enter Retail Sales Report as the text.
3. Change the font to 12 pt Bold
   
   
4. Click and drag a Page Number field (a 'Special Field') to the Page Footer.
5. Drag a Literal field to add the word 'page' before the page number.
   
   
6. Select the Summary tab in the Catalog.
7. Click the New icon to add a summary field.
8. Name the field grand total.
9. Select Retail Sales ::price as the Summary Field.
10. Select Sum as the Summary Function and click the Apply button.
11. Drag the grand_total field into the Report Footer section.
12. Use the Number tab on the Properties dialog to select the Currency display and enter $ as the Currency symbol and 0 Decimals.
13. Drag a Literal field to add text 'Total of Sales' before grand_total.
