Currently there is no difference between the 'by Client' and 'by Agent' profiles.
They are both grouped by client name.
Our final task is to change the 'by Agent' profile
to be grouped by agent name.
Instructions
- Click the Profile Properties button to the right of the Profiles combo box.
- Select the by Agent Profile.
- Select the Group tab.
- Change the alias name to Agent.
- Select the agent's name as the Group-by Field.
- Click the Apply button.
- Click the Close button.
- Preview the report.
