JADE Care24 — SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT SERVICE

JADE Care24 is Jade Software Corporation's comprehensive JADE systems management and out-source offering. JADE Care24 combines class leading technology, best practice standardization, continuous connectivity to JSC's control center and highly skilled staff backed up by the full resources of JADE Software Corporation. These components combine to provide outstanding and fully accountable levels of reliability, security, flexibility and performance.

The JADE Care24 service provides full systems management of a customer's JADE server platforms and JADE applications 24 hours per day 7 days per week. This includes server and application monitoring, change implementation, problem diagnosis and full 3-tier support. In summary, JADE Care24 takes full management responsibility for the servers, operating systems and JADE application environments.

The JADE Care24 service is designed to coexist within a customers existing IT environment allowing customer IT staff to remain focused on the delivery of their other IT solutions without the need to become quickly skilled in the management of JADE. Importantly, this allows the customer to implement a mission critical JADE solution with the peace of mind that it will perform reliably from the outset.

JADE Care24 also closely integrates and interfaces with application development and support services whether they are provided by the customer's own development group or a third party. This also increases process and communications efficiency and reliability.

JADE Care24 is provided as a monthly fee calculated on the basis of the size and complexity of the installation. The actual level of support requirements, application activities or system maintenance tasks do not alter the cost to JADE Care24 customers. For example, application upgrades and Operating System fixes require after hours deployment on a regular basis. This is handled by JADE Care24 without having to call upon customer staff resources out of hours. The JADE Care24 fee alters only in the event of a significant change to the server or application sizings.
